What exactly is Quick Quotes Private Reserve?
Private Reserve is an exclusive, education-based, three-day event where the Quick
Quotes team will teach and pamper you. Our raved about teachers will be flying
in from around the country just for this event. There will be classes,
cropping, discount shopping and more.

How are Private Reserve classes different from convention classes?
You will be taking classes designed exclusively for this event. Nothing you have taken at a
convention before. They range from make and takes to layouts and altered
projects to a 12x12 album.
How do I register for Quick Quotes Private Reserve?
You can register on our website. Pay your $50 deposit now and the balance will be charged on June 1st.
Registration Fee is $325.00 after June 1st and $399 after September 1st.
What scrapbooking supplies should I bring to QQPR?
- Paper Trimmer
- Scissors (be sure to check them)
- Stapler
- Wet and Dry Adhesive (we suggest Beacons 3 in 1 glue available at event)

Traveling to Quick
Quotes Private Reserve
The event is being held at the NEW Great Wolf Lodge Resort in Grand Mound WA,
located between Seattle (1.25 hours) and Portland OR (1.5 hours) airports.
There is also an Amtrak train depot in Centralia about 10 min. south. We may be
able to pick you up. Please be sure to pack accordingly (check your scissors
especially if they are your favorites). Plan to arrive no later than Thursday
evening as classes start early Friday morning. Fun things will be happening
Thursday evening that you won’t want to miss. Check in begins at 5:00 PM
Thursday.
Hotel Details
The Private Reserve
will be held at the new Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound WA. This resort has
conference facilities for us and a water park for your family to have fun. We
have negotiated a rate of $120 per night for a family suite (4 people and 4
water park passes included). The rooms can sleep up to 6 but there will be an
additional per person charge. There are only 40 rooms at this price so reserve
early. Please contact us for reservation info. There are also other hotels
within 15 minutes distance. We will add those ASAP.
What do I do when I arrive at QQPR?

What is the age limit
for QQPR participants?
Students attending QQPR must be at least 12 years old and be able to sit quietly
and participate in classes. No children under 12 will be permitted in the
classroom or crop areas.
Can
I cancel or transfer my QQPR registration?
Yes you can. You can transfer your registration at any time. We must have a
written request to do so. You can also cancel your registration up to June 1st but will forfeit your $50 deposit. Between June 1st and August 1st there will be a $100 cancellation fee. After August 1st no refunds
will be given.
